Great summer color!!!! Tiffany blue! Might need 3 coats.

OPI Was It All Just A Dream? is from OPI Grease 2018 Summer Collection. This collection has 12 different colors plus the three limited edition of leather finish lacquer. Was It All Just A Dream is a minty green creme finish. The minty green leans more towards the cool tone side. It has a bit of blue in it and also some grey undertone. The formula of this color is great. It applies really smoothly. I find the first coat can be a bit uneven. However after careful application, the 2nd coat can give an opaque finish. I apply a thin layer so it does dry really quickly. This color resembles a lot with OPI Mermaid Tears from the OPI Pirate of the Carribean Collection. Mermaid Tears seems to have more grey and darker than Was It All Just A Dream. However, both lacquers are equally beautiful and can make a flawless opaque finish.I find this color is very spring/summer color and definitely look very pretty on my olive skin tone. This color is quite unique if you have not got a minty color nail lacquer. I think OPI has improved their formula a lot and the polish dries really quickly. I like this color quite a lot and will definitely buy this one again.
