This polish was a pleasant surprise. I'm an NW15, so I was afraid this polish would give me lobster hands. It isn't quite pink, or coral. I would say it's a salmon color. I think it would be workplace appropriate--it's pretty close to a neutral on me. It was opaque in 2 coats. Dried glossy but I always use glossy top coat.

Excuse Me, Big Sur! is part of OPI's summer 2017 collection, California Dreaming. It's a muted soft warm pink creme. It's a very pretty color and one I think will be flattering on a lot of people. Application was good; it's too early to comment on wear time (I only applied it yesterday).BTW, I love the entire collection. Summer nail polish collections are usually bright colors with blues, greens, yellows and fiery reds; California Dreaming is a collection of classic pinks, peaches, corals, reds and oranges, plus two metallic shades (bronze and pewter). The colors are the equivalent of wearing a sundress, sandals and a straw hat on a hot July day: nothing edgy, flashy or fashion-forward, but instead, pretty and romantic while at the same time, laid-back and easy-going.Update: wear time is very, very good. I wore this for five days before I noticed any wear on the tip, which is remarkable because I am very hard on my nails.
