This has to be the worst smelling hair spray in existence. It smells flammable and persists a while after I have sprayed it. I am not even interested in its performance, I just want it out of my hair when I spray it. I would not repurchase this.

This is a decent product from the new reinvented Sebastian line. I am a huge fan of the Whipped Creme. I ran out of this so I decided to try the Stylixir instead. Really it was because I didn't have enough money to purchase the Whipped Creme so I opted for the Stylixir. Luckily, I get h/e salon only products at cost at my local professionals only beauty supply since I hold a beauty industry license. Overall, this is a nice very light hold product. It is an almost gel-like consistency but a little more "watery". It is not sticky at all and doesnt make your hands sticky like a regular gel would. Again, this is not your typical gel. It did not make my hair hard in the least bit not even crunchy. It was very soft to the touch almost like I didn't have any product in my hair when it dried. It did do a decent job at taming the frizz and just making my hair smoother. It says you can also use this on dry hair for added control. I am not saying this is horrible and may work for hair that is less coarse, curly and frizzy. I think I will just stick to my hg Whipped Creme. This light, fluid gel comes in a 150ml / 5.1 fl oz. pump bottle. The product description says: "Versatile light styling fluid to create a non-greasy, head-hugging moist look with fluid movement, which can be easily restyled when dry into a soft, natural flowing look." I find that description pretty accurately describes the product. I have almost shoulder length hair and this is my go-to styling gel when I want an easy, natural look with minimal work. I use this gel after I shower and towel dry my hair, then blow dry a little and that's it! I'm out the door with soft, naturally styled hair. Perfect when I'm in a hurry.
