I placed a very large order of almost $400. Not long after I realized I had ordered the wrong thing (my fault completely)! My complaint is that there was no way to reach any customer service. I tried calling a phone number that was useless. Sent emails. All BEFORE the order shipped. Then, conveniently, I get a shipping no notice and an email back right after saying it already shipped and I can’t get a refund. I was able to send it back for a store credit but don’t even know when I’ll be using it. Now I am out $400 all because there is not REAL way to reach this company. I have been in the beauty industry for 15 years and have never worked with a supplier that I couldn’t get ahold of by phone. And certainly not one who won’t refund you when you send back an UNOPENED package
