Zoya Skipper is a milky purple neon from the Dreamin' Collection. This vivid shade glows with soft, diffused pigment that feels modern and playful. The EasyNeon formula dries to a velvety matte finish, perfect for a bold editorial look, or layer a glossy top coat for high-shine dimension. No special base coat required.
Due to the unique matte formulation, Skipper may not be as long-wearing as traditional nail lacquer. Zoya polishes are vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without harmful ingredients. Skipper comes in a 0.5 oz bottle with a standard brush and traditional black cap.
How to Apply
- Apply a thin layer of base coat and let dry.
- Apply two thin coats of Zoya Skipper, allowing each coat to dry.
- Wear matte or seal with a glossy top coat.
