This polish is a stunning color. I was so excited when I put it on, it is a classy dark blue with a beautiful shimmer. However getting this polish off was a nightmare for me. It got everywhere, stained my nails and skin and was just all around difficult. There are many other polishes this color that are of much better quality.

It's my second time purchasing this brand. Now, i know the difference in how best to apply it compared to when using more expensive brands dab it on instead of striping it on in layers. Since it seems to be thinner in consistency, it spreads evenly. This technique reminds me of being at the "Nail Salon" where I always hated the dabbing and considered it a careless method, as opposed to the "Spa Salon" manicure where your nails are carefully painted in striped layers. Anyway, I love the color and also want to respond to another reviewYes, the extreme contrast in colors is dramatic and attractive for all skin tones, unless you're purple. (haha) Also, as another reviewer shared it does appear that even if using a base coat, you will have staining I use "Seche Base Ridge Filling Base Coat" and experienced mild, very temporary staining with the "Deviantly Daring" color. I had to use more NPR than usual to remove the staining. For the low cost at Sally's, great color, and fast drying time I'll keep using this brand. And so far, the NP seems to be chip-resistant on my toenails another bonus! Haven't used it on my fingernails, yet.

Gorgeous cobalt blue shimmer that almost has a metallic quality to it. The bit of pinkish-purple shimmer along with the turquoise shimmer makes it interesting to look at -I've been finding myself looking at it in different lighting conditions. The turquoise shimmer just glows in dimmer lighting and it's hard to find the purpley shimmer, but that purple does jump off the nail in brighter lights. Love that!It's a shade of blue that would work well in winter when it's dreary, gloomy, and snowy outside. It's a bit reminiscent of a blue Christmas ball in finish and color saturation. But it would still work equally well in summer at the beach or poolside. Yep, definitely a great color for the toes!A 3 coater, but well worth the extra coat in the color pay off. If you're a lover of blue, I would recommend this. ****EDIT: This polish went from an overall 5 to a 3. After removal, this was a huge stainy mess that still has not come off the sides of my fingers after using pure acetone!!! I dried out my cuticles for nothing!! GRR!!

I'm so surprised no one has reviewed this yet!Got it at Sally's today for $4.99. In the bottle its a beautiful, bright, shimmery blue. One coat gives you a blue raspberry ice color, two is mostly opaque, very close to bottle color, three is true.A little bit of purple and turquoise shimmer in the polish. Very beautiful color.I was torn between this and Sexy in the City, but this is LE, so i went for it.

I bought this nail lacquer months ago, but I forgot to write a review for it. First of all, I bought this color because I wanted a "nude"--yes, a nude. My skin is like the color of a walnut so your typical nudes look to pale on my nail. I wanted something more subtle. First and foremost, I love China Glaze. All of my nail polishes are China Glaze, besides two OPIs and one L.A. Girl (horrible quality!). When you put the first coat on, it is kind of light. But after the second coat it darkens and looks rather beautiful! It is one of my favorite colors for sure.
