How to Apply
- Prep nails and apply CND Base Coat.
- Apply one to two coats of Shellac, curing each layer under a UV or LED lamp.
- Seal with CND Top Coat and cure to finish.
- For Vinylux, apply two coats followed by Vinylux Top Coat, no lamp required.
