Nice, but...

I should read descriptions more often. I thought this was green, but it's a black jelly with black flakes, not very impressive on it's own, though when applied over a dark green it is stunning. The flakes appear green over dark green. Unusual polish for your collection.

The base coat was not clear to be used as a topper. It’s a black jelly base. But I love it. I think maybe the blk glitter bled, idk. But I looked up the description on other sites & not one mentions this having a black jelly base. I totally dig it tho 💕
