The formula builds to full opacity in one to three coats depending on nail length. Use the Mean Green Velveteen for a luxurious velvet finish, or reach for a Magnetic Wand to sculpt a refined cat eye effect.
How to Apply
- Apply one to three coats depending on nail length, building to full opacity.
