How to Apply
- Apply a thin layer over cured base or color gel. Do not cure.
- Drop color gel onto the uncured blooming gel and let it disperse naturally.
- Cure under LED for 30 seconds or UV for 2 minutes.
- Seal with gel topcoat and cure to finish.
