How to Apply
- Apply over base coat or layer over glitter or dark base color.
- Hold magnet over wet polish for 5-10 seconds to activate cat eye effect.
- Cure under LED for 60 seconds or UV for 2 minutes.
- Apply 1-2 coats for full coverage, cure between each coat.
- Seal with top coat and cure to finish.
