How to Apply
- Prep nails and apply a gel base coat.
- Apply one coat of The Black Cat and hold a magnet over the wet polish to activate the cat eye effect.
- Cure one nail at a time under a UV or LED lamp.
- Apply a second coat and repeat the magnet step if desired.
- Seal with a gel top coat, cure, and finish with cuticle oil.
