The polish looks nothing like the photo. Its actually hot, neon pink and not sheer at all

El color definitivamente no es como el de la foto, el tono que me llego es rosado chicle. Aunque mi pedido tardo muchísimo en llegar, luego de escribir un email notificando el inconveniente en un par de días tuve mi entrega. Las tres estrellas las doy por el servicio al cliente pero el tono realmente no me agrada. Soy manicurista y estoy explorando las compras en línea ya que por lo general voy directamente a la tienda. Realmente me gusto el web site y quise probar.

I am used to buying nail polish and cosmetics online as I am an artist and business owner. I know well that color can vary online, but the only thing this color and the color I recieved have in common is that they are both shades of pink.(See pictures for flash & natural light photos of actual color.) Unfortunately, that's where the similarities end though. I was looking for a medium pink nude like the swatch and the actual color of both the gel and lacquer is a sheer, bubblegum pink. It's a pretty pink that becomes more opaque as you add more coats, but it's nowhere near the picture at all.
I wouldn't mind so much except I really needed a medium pinky nude like the picture. This was part of a large order for my business that I deleted another polish from because I thought this shade was what I was looking for. Now I wish I had bought the other shade. I deleted. We also already made a second order so it doesn't make sense to make yet another order to pay shipping on just a few bottles.

I will say that, of the 3 orders we have made this week, the largest order (the largest) with free shipping was sent 2 day priority and has already arrived within 3 days of order. That's fantastic! The only other issue was there was a mistake made in ordering (the first order of one polish was supposed to be part of the biggest order and my assistant also accidentally ordered the wrong top and base coat sets.) We immediately emailed Beyond Polish with two emails the same evening (immediately after the 2nd order) to see if both issues
could be corrected and no one ever contacted us back. We were surprised that we have never received any response. We did go ahead and place an additional order a day later because several shades came in that were out of stock. We would like to keep ordering from here often as we liked everything else so far, but are hoping that they will be more responsive to emails as that was the only way to contact them.
