Great over nail wraps!

I love using this top coat over nail wraps, like the Lily and Fox ones. I have nail ridges that show through the wraps, but adding the gel topcoat gives my nails a smooth, plump finish. I lightly buff the nail wraps before adding the topcoat to help the topcoat adhere.

VERY MISLEADING

I bought this top coat because your description says it is a 2-step gel system that does not need a base coat, but the two top coat bottles I received both say that they are a 3-step system. When I read the description on the majority of the DND products you offer, it looks like you just copied and pasted the same description, which is misleading because DND's website says that certain polishes are part of a 3-step system. Now, I have to buy the base coat somewhere else to do my nails before an event. Your prices are very reasonable, but now I have to spend more money somewhere else to buy the base coat in time.
