Beautiful!

White polishes are notoriously tricky to get right; they are too thick and horrible to apply or they are super sheer, easy to apply, but never opaque. Blanc is the perfect balance: opaque at two coats and easy to apply. It is even opaque when using the white as polka dots (with a dotting tool). It's a true white, not icy, not warm, solid cream polish with no shimmer. It wears evenly and doesn't chip, when applied in two thin coats. It's great base color for sheer polishes and an essential color in my polish collection. Essie's packaging is my favorite: the bottle is easy to hold and brush is nice and narrow. I will buy this again.

Essie and I may be breaking up, yes, I know, but since I own so many I will be wearing them for many years. I have the 2017 Retro release version of this polish. Nice wide flat brush, nice formula, easy to work with. Colour is a bubblegum pink, a little blue toned, a little coral tones (I know warm and cool but not neutral, I'm not an artist, it's the best description I can give). Somehow I've ended up with two bottles of this (mind Palace fail) so I better bloody enjoy it as I use it up, but honestly it's a work appropriate feminine pink that doesn't offend anyone bar religious conservatives (and frankly my radical feminism and addiction to swearing is going to have them screaming well before they notice my nails). What can I say, the reformulated version of this is a pretty feminine polish with a nice formula and I recommend it if bubblegum pinks are your thing. (I also recommend radical feminism, swearing and beer while we're at it)

its actually really nice if only the formula wasnt so thick, and also its so hard to apply. i got frustrated and stopped doing my nails halfway. regretted buying this one :(

It is super streaky, and I have to apply 3 coats with it, I will be looking for a new white polish.
