It delivers the calm polish of a clean, natural nail with just enough color to refine and even out the surface. The creamy base reads effortlessly fresh, whether worn alone or beneath a sheer gel color.
This professional-grade formula is HEMA-free, self-leveling, and built with a firm gel-like structure that holds its shape for the full wear time, up to 28 days. The thick consistency does not drip or run into cuticles. Used as a thin base or built up for nail extensions up to 2 mm, it is a versatile staple for both everyday wear and structured nail work.
How to Apply
- Prepare the nail surface and apply a thin layer of Shield Ceramic Base. Cure for 60 seconds in LED or UV/LED lamp.
- Proceed with a thicker layer application to create a nail apex. Cure in the lamp.
- Finish with application of Shield top coat of your choice.
- Pro tip: if you already know that you will be changing the color for the next application, apply a thin layer of Shield Rubber Base before application of Shield Ceramic Base, and cure in the lamp. It will allow you to change the color without completely removing the product from the natural nail.
- Removal: file it off until complete removal. Alternatively, file off the majority of material, then soak-off in acetone remover, such as Red Lizard, until complete removal.
