How to Apply
- Apply and cure base gel and desired color gel.
- Shake Bleeding Ink well before use.
- Apply to the nail surface.
- Use a pointed brush dipped in alcohol to tap and blend for watercolor effects.
- Do not cure. Allow to air dry.
