Beauty chrome

I do like this product but it took a lot of googling and several product videos to find out how to layer and apply it to my manicure for a true shine rather then glittery effect. Its chipping quickly so i am still not sure I did it correctly or if it is the powder. Came with no instructions or recommendations.
