How to Apply
- Apply base coat and cure. Apply two coats of gel color and cure each layer.
- Apply a layer of Art Blooming Gel without curing.
- Use an art brush to draw designs into the wet blooming gel with gel color.
- Cure once your design is complete, then apply top coat and cure.
