this polish actually surprised me quite a bit. it is from the fall/winter 2014 nordic collection. when this collection first came out, i noticed some 'poopy' browns in there and never thought twice about not picking them up. i'm not one for brown polishes. they clash with my skin and they just look yucky. i own a very few and never wear them, except maybe in the fall.well, i saw this polish sitting on the 'last chance' rack at my local Sally last week and it kinda pulled me in for some reason so i got it.i was very happy with the result when i finally got up the nerve to use it. excellent formula! 2 easy coats. the wear was amazing! i got through a full day of hard work at a factory with no chips or tip wear. that's happens almost never.the color was not 'poopy' looking against my pale skin.. it actually reminded me of caramel or leather. i thought it looked quite nice! i even got a few compliments on it! i really hated to take it off, to be honest! i would not repurchase just because i feel like i have a lot of neutral polishes and this isn't really a staple in my collection, but i do feel like i will wear this polish quite a bit and i'm very glad that i bought it.

A tad peachier and more lively on my complexion than 'san tan tonio' which is a little bit browner/more khaki toned on me and makes me look very sallow. I can actually pull this off a soft warm caramel tan, looks good when pale or with a bit of a suntan. I am very pale but with very yellow undertones so this works for me but probably not the ideal shade for cool toned girls with rosy undertones. Great for that 'trench coat camel' tone which is very popular but is flattering at the same time. Dries incredibly fast and is very well pigmented totally opaque in 2 coats. Would look great with nubuck toned leather shoes/sandals in the summer months and especially with bohemian (carnelian/turquoise) jewellery.

Going My Way Or Norway is another polish from OPI Nordic Collection 2014. This collection comprises of the color that represents the Nordic country Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland & Denmark. And this color of course represents Norway. The color itself is a warm dusty brown with grey undertone. Very milky coffee color. I won't categorise it under chocolate brown. More like a light, warm caramel to me. The brown itself leans more towards the yellow side for me. The application is great. The crème finish is flawless and it takes 2 coats to make it opaque and even. I really looking forward to wear this brown. But it doesn't flatter my skin tone at all. It just blends in to my warm olive skin tone. My boyfriend can't even tell the difference of whether I am wearing this color or just not wearing any nail polish. I really wish I would love this color more than I should but unfortunately, it doesn't agree with my skin tone. However, if you like milky brown, this may be the color to go for.
