OPI - Gel & Lacquer Combo - Humidi-Tea

Subtle but beautiful. OPI polish never fades and lasts between my manicures (every three weeks).

I really like this. I'm a fan of OPI, and this delivered the performance I expect. Brush was the wide pro type that I like, wears well, priced decently.I was unexpectedly surprised by the shade. I can be a bit basic when I do my fingernails, I want a shade that goes well with my outfits, doesn't need 4 coats for me to see it, doesn't immediately show chips, and works well in an office setting or out for drinks. This fit the bill nicely. To my surprise, two coats were opaque and I had no streaking. Very, very happy.Pinky-peach with a slight iridescence, looks nice with my lighter skin. Kinda hoping they add this to their regular shade collection.

Humidi-Tea is from OPI's 2016 New Orleans collection. It is a peachy pinkish beige with subtle shimmer. It is very neutral looking on my pinkish cool toned skin. Initially I didn't care for it but it grew on me after I wore it for a few minutes. It would be perfect for a conservative environment plus the shimmer adds just a little kick to jazz it up slightly.The consistency was good with no running or pooling. The texture was also very good. However, I did have a bit of difficulty with application. The first coat was sheer and the second coat was on the streaky side. But, with the third coat it really came together and was fully opaque. With a glossy top coat the shimmer really stands out in brighter lights.Humidi-tea comes packaged in OPI's standard polish bottle. The brush in my bottle was a little on the small side, not the standard Pro Wide brush that I am used to with OPI.While I like this polish I don't think that I would repurchase as the color doesn't really wow me. OPI runs $10 per bottle but I got this one on clearance for $4. That was a great deal.I will update in a couple of days on wear, removal and staining.UPDATE: 06/21/2017 I got 5 days of wear from this polish with only one slight chip on my thumb around day 4. But, it was so neutral that it didn't really show. Removal was super easy and there was no staining.

Very pretty nude that is suitable for office-wear. Outside you see a hint of shimmer along with the pink in it. Inside, you see more of the peach. I'd say, overall, it's more peachy than pink. Inside, it almost matches my skin tone. Probably best for those with warmer skin tones as it looks good with a tan. I doubt I would wear this in winter when my skin is more pale. Would buy again as it truly is a nude "with attitude" well said from another reviewer.

This is a tan-peachy-pink shimmery shade I think of it as nude with an attitude. It's quite unique and I haven't seen anything like it in any other collection (by OPI or others). It's subtle enough for even the most conservative office without being boring. The application was quite good the first coat was a bit patchy, but the second evened it out. The only negative is that wear time isn't as good as it usually is with OPI products; it started chipping two days after I applied it and I go usually go for 4 or 5 days.
