Subtle and Stunning

Yes, this is shear, but the shimmer is stunning! This color is my favorite to use on my hands. On my toes, I put it over a solid lavender color. It can be dressed up and down, and is perfect for work on the hands.

Suga Cookie is very sheer, very see-through.

I did not like how sheer the color was. Almost transparent. I thought it would have more of a pop of lavender. I had to use a different color underneath so it would show on my nails.
