It helped somewhat, but not a whole lot!

I was hoping that OPI worked better than most and it does help with strengthening however I find it peels off easily.
I still recommend it because there is not much else on the market for growing your nails.

I'm wearing it now. I see improvement, but having worn gel polish for so long, I think it'll take several applications before my nails can recuperate fully. I would have appreciated receiving instructions with it. If there are any on the bottle, they are way too small to read.
