Orly Nail Lacquer - Flagstone Rush - #20215

I bought this polish at Sally's while looking for a fall color, and I love it! It looks really great on my fair skin tone and is a beautiful coppery bronze. When I go outside, it shocks me how similar my nails look to the trees! ;) Very minimal chipping from this polish, and with a good two coats and a nice top coat it should be fine. The rubber grip top is amazing and as a small touch, is really helpful. The polish formula is amazing and I love the brush. Love!I also recently bought two Essie polishes (Plumberry and Pilates Hottie) for $8, and for $6.99ish I like Orly a ton better! Just bought this on a really great sale at Sally's. Buy 3, get $5 off, plus, I had a coupon for $5. Decided that my old bronzey color needed to be replaced and what a great time to do it. It's a really nice neutral shade. Can't wait to wear it. I love the shimmer in it, too.

Orly's Flagstone Rush is a pretty medium bronze brown. Its shimmer makes this polish look like it has lots of depth, even in low light. In sunlight, this polish absolutely sparkles with shimmer that in turns looks almost the same color as the polish, pink, and almost green. I am a cool-toned NW 15/Winter and I think this polish looks good on my nails. It nicely creates a contrast between my paleness and the medium color of the polish. This is one bronze that cool-toned girls can pull off, as it's not too golden and the brown seems more neutral than warm.I compared Flagstone Rush to OPI's Brisbane Bronze and Fingerpaints' Etched in Bronze, all bronzes in color or name. Etched in Bronze is lighter and more rosy than Flagstone Rush, and doesn't have the same kind of depth as Flagstone Rush. Flagstone Rush is darker, more brown and less golden compared to Brisbane Bronze. The sparkles look to be very similar, though they're more visible in Brisbane Bronze because it has a lighter base color. Flagstone Rush is a bit more wearable on my cool-toned skin than the other two, probably due to the fact that it has more darker brown in it to balance out the gold.This polish went on easily and I enjoyed using the rubber grip on the Orly brush. I have had very minute tipwear while test-driving this polish over the past few days with no basecoat and Poshe topcoat. While my nail tips are almost to my fingertips, I'm sure that wear will also be great on nails that extend past my fingertips. If I find that wear on longer nails is anything less than great, I will edit my review to reflect that.You can find Orly polishes at some CVS stores, online stores, at Ulta, and at Sally Beauty Supply. You can often find "buy two, get one free" coupons on Orly polish either in the Sally Beauty Supply flyer, their magazine, or on their website. I've even seen these deals in the Sally store without a coupon. That makes these polishes a great deal! I would definitely recommend buying Orly in person at Sally because it is almost always cheapest there, except for when CVS has 75% off of some of their Orly polishes. If you don't have a problem buying online, that will almost always be your best deal since they are less than US$3 a bottle at some online retailers! continued >>
