How to Apply

Apply base coat to clean, dry nails.
Apply one to two coats of Turn It Up.
Seal with top coat for extended wear and shine.

The package came fairly quickly. I haven't use the nail polish yet, therefore I can't really say it's good or bad.

Absolutely incredible! The possibilities are endless. Wear alone, use over a solid color, just free edge etc. of all the really chunky glitters, this one is the bomb. It glides on smoothly, plenty of glitter so no multiple dippings to load the brush. I love this product and hope to see more variations (even though this will always be my favorite) like perhaps a really pretty pastel mix of matte glitters. Thanks Orley!

LOVE!!! This is an awesome glitter topper. Orly's Turn It Up is made up of brightly multi-colored confetti hex glitters with matte white microglitter suspended in a clear base. The colors are vivid yellow, blue, and green for the bigger pieces with some red, peach, and lavender shades for the smaller hexes. On the nail, it looks AMAZING. So cheeful and bright. It's like a matte glitter version of Deborah Lippmann's Happy Birthday (and all its imitators).I saw this in Sally's Beauty and I grabbed it immediately. My collection is large but I don't have anything else that looks like this. Turn It Up was released as part of Orly's Fall 2015 Collection, but I think it's probably core now.My only complaint is that this glitter dries a little bumpy, but it's still a five-star polish nonetheless. And removal is a snap if you use acetone.I would definitely buy it again! Recommended!!
