Sebastian - Penetraitt Shampoo 8.4 oz

I had gotten samples of a few Sebastian shampoos and conditioners a while ago, and I remember thinking this one was a favorite, plus seeing all the good reviews seemed to be a good sign. So when there was a liter sale, I grabbed it. I used it for about a month and I started noticing my hair was getting really dry and frizzy. I didn't think it could be this, but I paid attention to what shampoo and conditioner I used. (I switch around, but the rest weren't new ones other than the Penetraitt Conditioner.) The days I didn't use this, my hair seemed MUCH better. I have dry and frizzy hair anyway, but certain products keep it nice. I thought this would be one, but it turned out it was a big fail for me. I did like the smell though, and I felt it cleaned my scalp relatively well. I also did keep the conditioner, which seemed to work for my hair. So I'm just one person, but it didn't work for my hair type, unfortunately.

Love love love this shampoo. My fave, been using for years.I have thick slightly coarse hair and get blonde every 2-3 months. I wash every 4 days because it takes forever to dry.It makes my hair feel so clean without stripping it and making it too crunchy. It smells great. It also doesn't affect my sensitive scalp. Love the conditioner too.I find it economical because I don't need to use alot compared to supermarket crap.Recently had free samples of kerastase nutritive...Sebastian is waaay better and half the price.

This is my absolute favorite go to shampoo! I color my hair often and also have insanely thick dry hair and an oily scalp. This is the only shampoo that throughly cleans my hair and leaves it soft and healthy! I will never use anything else!

Excellent shampoo, reminds me of Tresseme in texture and scent and pearly white opaqueness. Cleanses and rinses really well, definitely would repurchase. I got a liter bottle with matching conditioner. Very good product.

Idk why this product has such bad reviews but I absolutely love it. I use this in partner with the conditioner and it makes my hair feel AMAZING. Let me start off with a back story. I used this for around 6 months religiously then in the process of moving to LA I tried something different for a few months. During those few months my hair became dry and frizzy due to switching products and the LA water. I finally went back to my Sebastian and my hair feels a million times better. It's back to the soft, silky, healthy hair I used to have. LOVE LOVE LOVE it.
