How to Apply
- Prep nails by shaping, buffing, and cleansing with a lint-free wipe.
- Apply a thin layer of Rubber Base, seal the edge, and cure for 99 seconds.
- Apply In Bloom in thin layers, cure each for 60 seconds, and repeat if needed.
- Finish with Extreme Shine top coat and cure for 60 seconds.
- Seal with cuticle oil for a polished, conditioned finish.
