I use Opi base, polish and top coat every time I do my nails. However, when I remove the polish my nails are spotted with a hard white residue that can’t be removed with nail polish remover. It is unsightly to the point where I cannot go without polish to cover those white spots.
Can you offer suggestions or an explanation for this problem?
    Thank you, Margaret
