CND's own words for its new holiday collection: "You asked. We elevated." For years the most common request from Shellac loyalists has been a real glitter — not a shimmer, not a sparkle top coat, but dense, full-coverage glitter in the soak-off formula they already trust. The CND Shellac Glittercore Collection is that answer: five glitter gel polish shades for Holiday 2026, each loaded with multidimensional, flash-activated sparkle, all in CND's chip-resistant, two-week-wear Shellac system.
It launched today, and it's in stock now. Below is every shade in the collection, the salon prepack (which includes a bonus base coat), and the easiest ways to wear glitter this dense without it taking over your whole mani — plus what else you need to run the full CND system at home.
Glittercore isn't trying to be subtle. These are the kind of glitter nails that show up in photos from across the room — CND calls them "flash-activated, photo-ready," and that's the right description: the glitter is dense enough to reach full coverage in two coats, and multidimensional enough to shift color as your hands move. It's built for the holiday calendar — office parties, Christmas, and especially New Year's Eve nails — and it lives inside CND Shellac, so it cures, wears, and soaks off exactly like the rest of your Shellac shelf.
- Five shades — gold, silver, cobalt blue, violet purple, and warm pink. Two classics, three statement colors.
- Dense, full-coverage glitter — not a shimmer or a topper. Opaque in two coats.
- CND Shellac formula — professional soak-off gel, chip-resistant for up to two weeks.
- Vegan and HEMA-free — a safer pick for clients and DIYers with gel sensitivities.
- Prepack available — all five shades plus CND's Epic Smoothing Base in one box.
"This collection isn't subtle — it's loud, luxurious, and unapologetically extra."
CND, on the Glittercore Holiday 2026 launch.
If you only buy one, make it 24K or Camera Flash — gold and silver glitter gel polish are the two holiday shades that go with everything and never date. The blue, purple, and pink are where Glittercore separates itself from every other brand's holiday glitter: saturated, jewel-toned, and built for people who want their nails to be the outfit.
-
24K Gold GlitterA warm, pure gold with no rose or cool shift — liquid 24-karat poured onto the nail. The hero of the collection and the best gold glitter nail polish CND has ever made. -
Camera Flash Silver GlitterPure, cool-toned silver packed with reflective particles — a silver glitter nail polish that reads like a disco ball under a flash. The New Year's Eve default. -
Mirror Ball Blue GlitterAn electric cobalt blue flooded with layered glitter and shimmer that shifts as you move. The most unexpected shade here — and the one nail techs will get asked about. -
Bedazzled Purple GlitterA jewel-toned, cool violet purple with multidimensional glitter — rich and luminous from every angle. Amethyst for your fingertips. -
I Sweat Glitter Pink GlitterA vivid, warm-toned pink saturated with silver and iridescent glitter. The most playful shade in the set — and the best name.
CND packaged the whole collection as a salon prepack, and it's the smarter buy if you want more than two shades. The box has all five Glittercore colors plus a full-size Shellac Epic Smoothing Base — CND's leveling base coat, which matters more with glitter than with any creme, because it gives the dense particles a perfectly smooth surface to sit on.
- Shellac 24K, 0.42 oz
- Shellac Camera Flash, 0.42 oz
- Shellac Mirror Ball, 0.42 oz
- Shellac Bedazzled, 0.42 oz
- Shellac I Sweat Glitter, 0.42 oz
- Shellac Epic Smoothing Base, 0.42 oz
Full-coverage glitter is a commitment, and Glittercore is dense enough to hold up to it. But the same bottle does a lot more than ten gold nails. Four ideas, from loudest to quietest:
Pairing a glitter with a creme? Every deep red, green, and black we carry in gel is in the glitter gel polish collection's neighboring color pages — and if you want the full holiday spread, OPI's Sweeten Your Mani x m&m's collection launched the same month with 24 candy-inspired cremes and shimmers.
Glittercore is a professional product, but it's one of the more DIY-friendly gels to apply, because dense glitter forgives small application flaws that a glossy creme would show. The non-negotiables: a Shellac base coat (Epic Smoothing Base is the right one for glitter), a Shellac top coat to seal and smooth the texture, a CND lamp to cure, and Offly Fast to soak it off cleanly in a couple of weeks. If you're new to gel, our complete gel polish guide walks through the whole process.

What is the CND Glittercore Collection?
Glittercore is CND's Holiday 2026 Shellac collection: five densely packed glitter gel polish shades — 24K (gold), Camera Flash (silver), Mirror Ball (blue), Bedazzled (purple), and I Sweat Glitter (pink) — sold individually and as a six-piece salon prepack that adds the Shellac Epic Smoothing Base.
Is CND Glittercore HEMA-free?
Yes. All five Glittercore shades are vegan and HEMA-free, like the rest of the current CND Shellac line, which makes them a good option for clients with sensitivity to traditional gel formulas.
How long does glitter Shellac last?
Up to two weeks of chip-resistant wear, the same as any CND Shellac color, as long as it's applied over a cured Shellac base and sealed with a Shellac top coat. Dense glitter actually tends to hide tip wear better than a solid creme. Our guide to how long gel polish lasts covers what shortens or extends it.
Is glitter gel polish hard to remove?
Glitter is the most stubborn finish to remove in any brand, but Shellac is a true soak-off gel — no filing required. Use CND Offly Fast (or acetone) with foil wraps, give it the full soak time, and the glitter lifts off in sheets rather than needing to be scraped.
Do I need the Epic Smoothing Base for Glittercore?
Any Shellac base coat works, but Epic Smoothing Base is the better match for glitter. It self-levels to fill ridges, so the dense particles sit on a flat surface instead of settling into every imperfection — which is why CND bundled it into the prepack.
Is Beyond Polish an authorized CND retailer?
Yes. Beyond Polish is an authorized CND retailer shipping from California, so every Shellac product we sell — including new collections like Glittercore — is authentic and ships fast.
