The new Cirque Colors Vice 2022 Collection has arrived. The collection includes six neon creme nail colors inspired by adrenaline-junkies, raves, divas and seduction. Each shade also glows under black light.
Cirque Colors' neon shades are custom-formulated to be worn without a base color and its UV properties mean they glow under black light. The neon polishes dry to a satin finish so it's recommended to apply a layer of top coat for a glossy shine. Let's take a closer look at the collection!
