STEPS:
- Prep the nails

- Apply a thin layer of OPI Chrome Effects No-Cleanse Top Coat
- Rub-On Chrome Powder (or CND Over The Top Effects - Lightning Bolt)
- Apply OPI GelColor Stay Shiny Top Coat
