Top coat sticky still

Ordered the base and top set together. For some reason only the top coats are still sticky after curing for 90 secs with my DND and OPI gel machine. Never had this problem before. Not sure if the base coat was filled into the top coat bottles instead. The base coat works perfectly just there is something wrong with the top Coats.

Well worth the price!

while I absolutely love the polishes and gel polishes, I really wish they smelled better, even like regular polish. For some reason, they smell like burning rubber at least until they are cured. Oh, and customer service is 5 stars!!!! Amazing!!!
