How to Apply
- Prep nails and apply a gel base coat. Cure under a UV or LED lamp.
- Apply a thin, even layer of Independent Spirit 03 gel polish.
- While the gel is still uncured, hover a magnet close to the nail to create the cat eye effect.
- Cure under a UV or LED lamp. Repeat for a second coat if desired.
- Seal with a gel top coat and cure fully.
