Cleaner is great, cuticle pusher is meh

The cleaning end of this is great for getting underneath nails and around crevices in the cuticle. However, the cuticle pusher end is a bit too harsh for my (in decent shape, non-brittle) nails. I would recommend the cuticle pusher end more for toes or gel removal rather than regular nail cuticle care.
