NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil - Horseradish - #JEP607

I bought this b/c i needed a green base for e/s. I use this to intensify green e/s (especially MAC fresh green mix mes). On its own it is average and creases within a hour after applying even with TFSI. On its on I would give this 2 lippies but as a base it is amazing hence the 4 lippies for overall rating. I apply it and smudge it with my finger to even it out. I is quite hard to get an even base using the pencil aloneI don't like the packaging as it looks cheap (i know it is but if it was black it would look so much better)I would buy this again b/c it makes my e/s look great! And I am planning on trying other colours to. NYX have a great array of colours to choose from, I am sure there is one for everyone!

I want to love the jumbo eyeshadow pencils because they're such a nifty idea. They apply well, and I love the colors (this is a springy green with a little bit of shimmer to it). But, I can't use the ES pencils because the color just does not stay put. They go on easy (takes a couple applications), but after about 4 hours the color has migrated to the outer rim of my eye, leaving a skin colored patch in the middle (this is with UDPP applied underneath!). They also tend to fade on me. I'm really sad these don't work since they're so affordable...but that's the tragedy of having oily skin :(

I love this as a base for all my green eyeshadows! Its like a very shimmery mint sort of spring green, but it works with alot of other shades as well, its really suprisingly wearable. Just like all my other nyx pencils, doesnt crease as long as i blend it out. I got this to wear with macs aquavert but i'v been liking it with my bright lime greens and stuff too.

I really love NYX's Jumbo eyeshadow pencils! Horse raddish is a light green/spring green with sheen. It is creamy and you can somewhat control the product application. Note: Make sure you wear a base as these tend to creaseThe way I like to apply this is layering them slightly and patting them out and blending them out. At first horse raddish is light and after applying it the first time and the I reapply it and blend it out again.This color looks awesome with a light green eyeshadow on top with an orange liner on bottom! Or even a smokey green (light to olive green colors!) I haven't try it it with a light or bright blue, but I should! It will look awesome :)

Horse Raddish is a very light green/olive shadow. It is a pretty color, but I wouldn't recommend wearing it alone because cream shadows tend to crease. I use it as a base for Everyday minerals' eyeshadow in Pressed Olive. They look amazing together and I love wearing it in Spring and Summer. Because it's a light color, I'd pair it with coral lips, they look great together!
