I Believe In Manicures was released as part of the Breakfasts At Tiffany's collection and is therefore a gorgeous shade of bright Tiffany blue. It has a creme finish, and an excellent formula. It applies without streaking or patchiness, and is fully opaque in two coats. It dries quickly and to a shiny finish. The colour is very bright, and it gives the skin the illusion of being more tanned, making this perfect for a summer pedicure. It has good wear time, lasting around 5 days without any chipping or tipwear when paired with base coat and top coat. I would highly recommend this shade to anyone who wants a bright, fun colour.

I'm a big fan of this bright light blue! Looks gorgeous on the hands. Although the first coat goes on streaky I can get away with a second one but prefer to add one more for saturated color. I'll wear it a lot this summer for sure.

The creme shade is OPI's version of Tiffany blue; light but bright [it has a slight glow in shadows effect to it], with a minty undertone if you've been lemming OPI's HTF shade What's With The Cattitude, this shade is extremely similar. A gorgeous shade, but I've removed a lippie as OPI have released several other similar shades recently, and other brands do similar Tiffany blue-alike shades e.g. China Glaze For Audrey.As with most lighter [strong white undertone] polish shades; the first coat applies streaky, so you'll need three coats to level it out. Cremes which need more than two coats to level out are usually fails for me, but the third coat gets rid of all the unevenness, and like I said; the shade is a stunner. The formula is fast-drying, it is a cheerful all-seasons shade, and the fact that it doesn't stain and wears fantastically well is a huge plus. Also; I love OPI's pro-wide brushes makes application smooth & easy, and the width fits my nail shape better than any other brand.* “I believe in manicures. I believe in overdressing. I Believe In Manicures is from OPI's Breakfast At Tiffany's Holiday 2016 Collection. It's a light, blue, creme polish. When I bought it I thought it would be a pastel blue, but this polish is too bright and too shiny to be a pastel (The picture I added it not accurate my camera changed the colour with every shot. The true colour is less pale, bright with a little more green to it).The first coat is very streaky, so I needed 3 coats to even everything out. I used Seche Vite as a top coat; my nails dried very quickly to a super shiny finish. This is the sort of polish/colour that gives me lobster hands and this one isn't an exception (unfortunately), but I love the colour very much and therefore I am happy to overlook the lobster hands, which is the first for me.
