Doesn’t dry

I bought this color and thought it was absolutely beautiful, but noticed it doesn’t try. It stays tacky, and hours later my nails would smudge. So, because I loved the color, I bought a UV nail lamp to see if it would help. NOPE. Don’t waste your time on this. It’s such a sticky polish and the formula needs work.

This is a beautiful chrome magenta that is different from what I have. In the bottle it looks boring or something I wouldn't bother with, but I was pleasantly surprised when on the nails it just pops out. I have received a bunch of compliments on it.it just glows and the intensity of the color is very unique. Very easy to apply and dries fast but needs 3 coats to be completely opaque. Long wear-time & great Orly formula.
