Description

ORLY Sec'n Dry is a fast-acting topcoat that penetrates through multiple layers of polish to deliver a hard, protective finish in minutes. How to Apply

Apply polish as usual and allow base color to set for one minute.
Brush on a thin layer of Sec'n Dry over the entire nail.
Allow to dry fully before touching or applying another coat.

Dries quickly, but...

It just doesn't last, and it doesn't provide a nice glossy finish. There are better quick dry top coats out there that dry quickly and look super plump and shiny, like KBShimmer.

Dries quickly but not long lasting

This top dries very quickly but does not result in long lasting manicures. I've never had problems with it smudging or bubbling and I like the look of it as a top coat, truly the only problem for me is the longevity of the manicure I get when I use it. Even on my toenails - which with other top coats can go weeks without chipping - will start to chip within a few days with this top coat. Depending on how often you change your polish it might not be an issue, but personally I would only turn to this top coat over others that I own if I were pressed for time and knew I would be changing my manicure in a few days anyway.
